Our plant is also well equipped with
further processing capabilities, which are geared towards product
customisation. To meet customers’ specifications, some of the dressed
chickens are further processed into various portion cuts.
Our dressed chickens and chicken parts can also be marinated into ready-to-cook
products. Our products may be bulk-packed into crates, plastic bags or
shrink-wrapped and lid-sealed containers, depending on the product type and
customers’ preferences. Customers with products requiring a longer shelf
life can count on our Modified Atmosphere Packaging to do the job.

State-of-the-art Processing Systems & Facilities
Covering 93,000 sq ft of land space, our chicken processing and slaughtering plant is the fruit of our heavy investments in new facilities, modern technology and sophisticated machinery to boost work productivity and enhance product quality.
One important feature of our plant is the ‘uninterrupted cold chain system’ in which our slaughtering and further processing operations are strategically linked by temperature-controlled corridors. In this manner, the freshness and hygiene of our chicken products will not be compromised.
With improving quality and food safety in the production process in mind, we allocated substantial funding to automate the slaughtering process, a move that also minimises manual labour. Our evisceration machines, for instance, are able to match every dressed chicken to its organs. This is particularly crucial in the event that defects are found in any of the chickens’ internal organs.

Our two state-of-the-art freezer rooms allow us to import frozen chickens for processing into value-added products. In addition, they also allow us to import and distribute frozen meat such as beef and mutton when required.
